So my freezer seems to not keep temperature. I have it set for 0*f & it only goes down to 12*f. Sometimes I catch the freezer drop in temp, maybe to 5*f but then will rise back to 12*f or so. Fridge maintains a 38*f & pulls down when the door is open & it gains a degree or 2. Any thoughts on what the possible cause could be?

Ice tray had cracked and broken. The water is still not filling up my ice tray.
The replacement was fairly simple. I removed the existing tray and detached the water line. Once the water line water reattached to the new tray I inserted into the ice maker.
*** The problem I'm having now is the water is not filling up the tray***
Not sure what I did wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
