Unit is getting power but is compleatly dead. No lights nothing. What is the cause of this problem

... Read moreow after 2 months of having only a freezer, not a refrigerator, I am thrilled. I will always recommend your company for parts. The part was perfect, installed easily by the right company and I happily have a functioning refrigerator.
The replacement was fairly simple. I removed the existing tray and detached the water line. Once the water line water reattached to the new tray I inserted into the ice maker.
*** The problem I'm having now is the water is not filling up the tray*** Not sure what I did wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
