Difficult to switch from Ice to Water by push on the control buttons and dim water light on the dispenser control.
First Shawn Boone the sales rep on the phone helped to select the right part and then by watching the youtube video at appliancepartspro.com - How To: Samsung Refrigertor Dispenser Control Board DA41-00522A at about 1 minute and 11 seconds into the video and it shows you how to remove the hole Dispenser Control Unit and Replace it.

Freezer Door would not stay closed
