My upper freezer is not keeping food frozen
For model number RF29BB860012AA
Hi Tom, thank you for reaching out. We would suggest checking the evaporator fan motor, part number FIX12706906. It is responsible for moving cold air from the cooling coils into the freezer section. Without this active circulation, the cold stays trapped at the coils, allowing the rest of the freezer to warm up even if the compressor is running perfectly. Replacing it might fix the issue. hen holding an ice cube on the sensor so I just assumed it was ok. PLEASE TAKE NOTE: When performing a resistance check on this sensor, make sure your readings match the Samsung temp/resistance chart in their literature. My sensor was way off calibration and was causing the freeze up. Its working as designed now and DW is happy again. Learn from my mistake.

CLOSING MECHANISM BROKE IN TWO.
OPENED THE LEFT SIDE REFRIGERATOR DOOR WHERE THE DEFECTIVE MECHANISM WAS. GOT UP ON THE FIRST STEP OF THE STEP STOOL,REMOVED THE PHILLIPS HEAD RETAINING SCREW FROM THE BROKEN PART.PUT THE NEW CLOSING MECHANISM IN PLACE AND RE-INSTALLED THE PHILLIPS HEAD SCREW. STEPPED DOWN FROM THE STEP STOOL AND SHUT THE REFRIGERATOR DOOR.

The spring broke on the door flopper
I didn't do the repair because you sent me the wrong part.That was mislabeled. Then you want me to ship it back but didn't pay for the shipping?And that would be twelve dollars so it's going in the trash!! Very displeased
