My ice maker wont dispense ice and i cant get the latch to release the ice tray to examine it. The release button is at the top right of the tray.

Hello Tim, thank you for writing. We have attached a video for you to look at that may help in the latch release. Also, sometimes it could be that an ice clump has formed inside. Good luck with your repair.

light on to order water filter
Pressed in the end of the filter cover, lowered it down part way. Twisted the old filter 1/4 turn and removed it. Set in the sink to drain. Inserted new filter and twisted it to lock. closed cover. Done. Total time @ 1 Minute.

The poorly designed deli drawer lid tab broke off
Removed the fruit & veggie drawers & the deli (pantry) drawer. Took out the 3 screws, removed the attached parts, put them on the replacement part, reattached it and put the drawers back in.

Dropped a jug and broke the lower drawer hinge pin
Remove food off of lower shelf, remove the two produce drawers, remove large lower drawer, remove glass shelf, remove three screws holding end cap in place.
