This couldn't have been easier. Two tiny screws in the front needed unscrewed, and then two plastic clips in the middle just had to be popped lose. Finally, you unplugged the power cord. This is an exact replacement. Be aware that the left door and right door have differently shaped shelves, so you need to make sure you are buying the correct part for the left or right door. Remove food items from shelf, pull straight up and discard broken shelf. Insert new shelf onto the same door nubs and push down. Place food items ... Read more back into shelf. Now warn family members in the future not to the slam door into oversized food items placed in the shelf!

Once I U tubed the the removal and replacement of the gaskets it was super easy. The right gasket change was easy without tools. The left gasket required me to remove the mullion first, which is why I used Utube.
