Original gasket became deformed creating bad seal.
Soak new gasket in hot water in bathtub to soften while removing old gasket. No tools required, it was a little difficult pulling old gasket out but once you get it started part way out it will come out real easy. By the time you get the old gasket out the new gasket will be warm and easy to get started into the groove it pops into. Start ing on back (hinged) side is of door, begin pushing new gasket into groove. Work up and down pushing gasket into place working towards the corners and around to the front side of door. Your all done. This is a job I went into a little nervous thinking I might be calling a service man out to fix, but it turned out to be really easy.

The refrigerator had the above code and when I check on YouTube, it explained that the defrosting was not working properly. It was taking more than 80 minutes to defrost. I ordered the Temperature Sensor first and it was not the issue. I also ordered the Defrost Temperature fuse or the Thermistor. I had to defrost the refrigerator first by using a portable heater to get it done quickly. (See Youtube on how to get to the Defrosting Unit inside the freezer). The Thermistor was the wrong part. I called the Partselect and explained that the part with the heating element is one piece. (Heating Coil Thermistor or Heating Coil). By replacing that piece solved the Error Code issue. I listened to Youtube for the instructions on how to replace the Heater Coil. So if you see the Error Code dH F, you need to replace the Heating Coil, which comes in
one piece and sits on the bottom of the Defrost Element.

The gasket was torn and leaking cold air.
Pulled the old gasket out.l. Started at the top left corner of the gasket and pushed the Corning in tight and push the gasket in to the other corner down the right side th the corner, across to the left bottom corner and up the right side to the start of the beginning. Very easy installation.

Delivery was fast. Satisfied wit h part select.com. Spoke to a representative in customer service and she checked to make sure I was ordering the correct part. Very satisfied with your service.
