Water and ice maker stopped working...is there a way to reset this?

Hi Janet,
Thank you for your question. If both the water and ice dispenser have stopped working, you may have either a clogged water line or water filter. If the water lines are frozen, you will need to defrost the refrigerator. If it has been more than six months since you installed the water filter, it will need to be replaced. The water filter listed for your model, part number 9130, has been discontinued by Kenmore and you will need to contact them to see if they have information on a replacement. If they provide you with a part number for a replacement water filter, you may contact us back with it and we will verify if we have it available for you. We hope this helps!
