My fridge makes ice but won't dispense it

Hi John, thank you for the question. First, you may need to make sure that the ice bucket is not jammed. The ice bucket may be jammed due to ice freezing around the auger. This can be caused by infrequent use, temperature fluctuations, and/or power outages. Remove the ice container, thaw, and empty the contents. Clean the container and wipe it dry. When new ice is made, the dispenser should operate properly. If that does not solve the issue, then you may need to check the auger motor, part number FIX11739848, as it is most likely faulty and may need to be replaced. We hope this solves your problem!
