Determined that compressor was not running, after researching problem on another site they recommended i try the condenser moor fan or motor, the defrost thermostat or defrost timer. . Never received the part.
After 30 days I did receive a full refund.
However, that was one month of confused communication and wasted time not being able to use my freezer.
