Frame that supports the vegetable drawers was broken on both sides.
Removed screws (4 total) that hold everything together. Removed broken pieces; slipped two new side pieces in place, replaced the screws; put entire frame into place, glass shelf on top, drawers in place: Done!!

ineffective frige door gasket due to stretching
I pulled off the old gasket and pressed in the new one. That's it!

First the Kenmore refrigerator was listed as most parts as not available on the Sears web site.
The old gasket was split in several places and moisture and mildew was part of the clean up. Because of the cold weather at the time of shipment the note about using warm water to soften the gasket so it would be more pliable was extremely ... Read more helpful.
I was also reversing the door swing and found that it was not that hard , it took about 45 minutes and was done the 24ft frig is now working great
