How to unplug drain
For model number HA10TG21BSW
Hello Robert, thank you for asking! The drain tray is located towards the bottom of the refrigerator, near the compressor. Turn off the refrigerator and unscrew the tray, now pull it out and release the water. If your drain is clogged with ice then no water will flow out. Keep it off for 2 hours and let the ice melt. If the clogging problem is recurring then you might want to check out the defrost timer. Please feel free to ask if you have any follow-up queries, our customer service is available throughout the week.
