Fan was hitting the housing and the blade broke.
Took out the damaged Fan housing and replaced it with the new one.

Fan blade brittle, cracked and noisy.
Pull the refrigerator away from the Wall and unplug the power cord. Remove the lower back panel (7 screws) remove 2 screws holding fan and motor assemble in place and unplug the electric to the fan. The fan assembly will pull out completely. Hold the metal stem that the fan blade is on with pliers to prevent from moving or damaging the motor and slowly and carefully pull off the old blade. Push on the new blade till its snug. Vacuum any debri at the base of the refrigerator. Put back the fan assemble with the 2 screws and the back panel and your done. Result was a quiet refrigerator.
