Water on the shelves and the cooling coils froxe up
The problem is the defrost drain line freezes so the defrost water dumps into the rerrigerator.

GE has a retrofit kit that includes the evap cover, fan and a heater. The heater is shoved down the drain tube to keep it from freezing.

This is a known problem for this bar frig with icemaker.

I did call a GE rep since I thought it might be a warranty repair
