lower pull out drawer handle fastener to freezer was broken on one side.
I ordered the plastic fastener, that held the handle to the freezer door.
after I received the part I used a screw driver to attach the fastener to the door. Then I placed the handle onto the fastener and bumped the handle with my hand to the left. this attached the handle to the door.

Spring on Articulating mullion was broke causing manual shutting of door.
Literally took the two Phillips head screws out of the middle hinge, disconnect the wire, slide old one off. Plug in new plug, slide new one on replace screws. Less than 5 minutes.

i ordered the part and it arrived damaged. I called, was told I would receive a return slip, I called again a few days later, was told I needed to send a picture of the damage, so the agent could submit it. First I've heard of this.
