Freezer started icing up. Gasket was torn in places letting air in.
The most difficult task for me was getting old gasket out. I did call for repair help. The service person was most helpful. After almost giving up, one more tug and the gasket started coming out. Next step was cleaning the area. Aligning the gasket correctly made installation easier. I realized right away that I needed to start in a c orner. The gasket went in without a hitch. My freezer is like new again. Next installment will be the refrigerator.
