Drawer was difficult to disassemble
Needed 2 people, 1 holds sides of plastic locking mechanism with screwdivers pushing 1 way while other person pushes other tab opposite way. Eventually able to pop out broken drawer from rails and put in new one, but was worried about breaking tabs on new drawer ..

broken glass shelf
Open the package and placed the glass shelf in the freezer. The order cam in less then 5 days and it was super easy to install. I would definitely recommend this site for parts.
