Hello James, thank you for your question. We have researched your model and found that there are several reasons that the products are freezing in the storage drawer and shelf. First, check the temperature settings of your refrigerator, and adjust to a higher temperature. Freezing food could be also caused by blocked air vents, so make sure that food or large containers are not blocking the refrigerator’s vents. There is one other factor that could be causing the freezing: if you do not have water hooked up to your refrigerator and your ice maker is left ON. If you are not using the ice maker, it is better to turn it off. We hope this solves your problem!
