Igniter turned red but oven would not light
Remove broiler pan, disconnect wires from igniter to gas safety valve and connection in back corner of stove, under a metal plate held in with one screw. Remove two screws holding igniter in and take it out. With new igniter, cut neutral wire as per instructions with it, attach electrical clips to the wire ends, install the new igniter with the two screws, plug in the two wire clips to the safety valve just below the igniter and plug in the plastic clip with both wires going into it over in the corner of the stove, and replace the cover over that connection with the one screw, which you removed at the beginning of this process, and you're done.

Old drip pans were rusted and pitted
This was a simple replacement of the drip pans. Take the old ones out and place the new ones in. The burner tops and pan holders had to be removed first. The drip pans come out next. Then the new ones place back in. The fit was perfect. The burner tops and pan holder are replaced and your done. The range looks brand new.

Thanks.

The numbers were gone off my thermostat knob
So super easy. I bought my oven used eight years ago when I moved into my house. I'm guessing today it is around twenty years old. It still works great but the numbers on the oven thermostat knob had worn and I could no longer read them. I went online to see if by chance I could find a replacement. Knowing my oven is so old, I was not sure what to expect. From finding the part to the fast shipping time, PartSelect impressed me 100%. I will use this web site again!!!

Range oven door switch need replaced
I raised the top of my Whirlpool Continuous Cleaning Canning Oven, then had to unscrew 3 screws and a lock nut, then raise top about 4 inches, so I could put my hand inside to unplug the wires to the switch, and push it through the hole in front, of oven. Then put the new switch through hole and plug in new switch. Then screw down top; and close lid. Part #866294

burned oven bulb
The hardest part was taking out original light bulb because screws on shield where hard to unscrew after all this years . The old bulb vent out leaving neck in socket. It took narrow electrical pliers to get neck out .The generic appliance bulb did not fit and had aluminum neck ,not recommended for brass sockets in ovens.Putting new light bulb in was not the problem.
