BROILER FAILED DUE TO BURN OUT
On this model, the thermostat probe also must be unscrewed and uncoupled and removed in order to slide the broiler out the same hole. The broiler mounting bracket, thermostat, and broiler are all just philips screws. The oven back door is also philips screws and then the large rear cover lifts up and out of the tabs at the top. The electrical connection for the broiler is visible and obvious how to disconnect the two slide on connectors and replace.

Oven would not heat consistently
My barely 4 year old Samsung range/oven began not heating consistently. Even though it said 350, for example, we had to increase to 465 to get it to bake. Thought it was the temperature sensor. Ordered and installed new one easily. That didn't solve the problem. So, rather than throw more money at parts that may not have resolved the issue, I got a new Amana range. Samsung appliances go to my 'do not buy' list along with LG!

upper fan motor bad
My repair went terrible as I was sent the wrong motor 2 times. My stove sat in the middle of my small kitchen for 2 weeks. Finally the 3rd was the correct one except I didn't have the right nut so I waited another day for that to be sent. Everything working good now, I just hope the bottom fan doesn't go out after this experience.
