Fan motor switch blew 2 minutes after installation of new hood.
Just had to turn off electrical power to the unit. Open the housing that covers the wiring and cup that covers the back of the switches (fan & light). Unscrew the front retaining nut (used a 1/2" wrench)from the fan motor switch and push it out through the back. Cut or disconnect the red & black wire from the hood wiring and replace switc h. Just be careful not to cut yourself with the raw metal covers. Thank you for the fair pricing, great customer service and fast shipping.
