The air filter and light-bulb cover (lens) for the Broan 41000-L Range Vent Hood exhaust over my oven is over 25 years old. The manufacturer no longer carried these two parts.
After removing the old filter, damaged lens cover, and cleaning the entire under surfaces, the new filter and cover just popped into place. The time it took to replace these was under a minute! The other 29 minutes were consumed with cleaning the area before the placement of the new parts.
