No spark. rotted high tension spark plug wire
Removed the machines face plate by drilling out the push pins, removed the air filter assembly. removed throttle linkage, removed anchors of the spark wire from motor housing, removed the recoil start assembly. removed the bolts holding the coil assembly. installed the new coil assembly and placed business card between the coil and the ma gnetic section of the flywheel to secure the proper gap.

Reverse the process and reinstall all the assemblies noted above. I took pictures with my cellphone to ensure that the throttle linkage was properly re-installed.
