For model number RY52502 logo
Hello Paul, thank you for contacting us. Most of the time the described issue is caused by a faulty spark plug, part number FIX10018287. We would recommend replacing the filter, part number FIX11860983, as well because a dirty filter can reduce the airflow significantly. If this does not help the carburetor, part number FIX9937863, needs to be checked and cleaned. Customer service is always available to help you place an order if you are having trouble doing so. Good luck with your repair.
