My Nailer had stopped driving nails. When I pull the trigger it sounds like it makes a partial cycle and then stops. I have tried new batteries, nails, etc. I believe it is something within the tool. Any suggestions?
For model number P325
Hello Tom, Thank you for the question. If the Nailer is not driving nails, we suggest checking the Piston Driver Assembly, Compression Spring and the Seal Kit for wear or damage. We hope this helps!

My Nailer just started double kissing while installing crown molding. I'm using the correct nails, just recharged the battery. I looked in the manual does not cover problem, not sure what's going on.
For model number P325
Hello Daniel, thank you for your inquiry. An inappropriate pressure is mainly responsible for a double feed of the nails. So what you must do is adjust the pressure while nailing. And for adjusting the nail pressure, there is an air pressure adjustment lever on the back of the unit that is easy to move right or left to dial in the pressure you need. You may check the required pressure by going through the manual or running a trial and error method on a scrap piece of wood. We hope this sorts out your problem.
