Hello Jed, Thank you for the question. If the Nailer isn't driving the nails deep enough, we suggest checking the Driver/Piston, O-rings and Trigger Valve for wear or damage. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!
