Doesn’t heat
For model number MCO165UB

Hi Edward, Thank you for your question. If your microwave is not heating, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the magnetron, the high voltage diode and the door switches. You will find information on how to test these parts under Free Repair Help and Instant Repairman on our website.
