Turntable Assembly broken or missing
Open the front door of the microwave oven unit. Lift out the round glass food tray. Remove the Turntable Assembly and set it asside. Position the REPLACEMENT Turntable Assembly orienting the centering socket to the drive home in the floor of the oven cavity. Gently tap the assembly assuring it mates with the drive mechanism below. Replace the food tray centering it on the Turntable Assembly. Gently move the food tray from side to side assuring that it moves correctly. Close the oven door. Follow instructions that came with the unit for set-up instructions. Done..

The plastic base that rotates under the glass plate broke.
Lifted up the glass plate, lifted out the plastic base that rotates and placed the new one inside. The piece that connects is shaped like a semi-circle, so I rotated it until is dropped into place. Then I put back the glass plate and it was finished.
