Dirty Grease Filter
Slide grease filter about 1/2 inch to right (or left) using the d-ring attached to one side and then pull down and out. Push charcoal filter frame slightly to rear and pry down from front. Install new charcoal and grease filters by reversing process. No tools - 5-minutes max!!

Door handle broke at bottom
First -- and this was the key to success -- I watched a couple of Youtube videos on "Replacing a microwave door handle". As one video suggested, I placed a large towel underneath where I was working (over the stovetop) to catch any falling parts but this proved unnecessary. ide of the door pried off easily with a screwdriver. It did want to drop quickly though, so be ready to hang onto it. The handle was attached with two screws (which I reused, no problem). It took a few minutes to re-insert the inside of the door into the frame, but once that's done, you just re-install the two end screws and you're finished.
