The button you push to open the door broke.
There is a lever behind the button which broke. The lever is very easy to replace. The majority of the time was removing the oven from the wall, (It is built in) and then taking the outside cover of the microwave off to get at the part. , the cover just lifts off. The broken part was visible at that point. It just slid out. I slid the new piece in, replaced the cover, and reinstalled it into the wall with the trim pieces, and it's working like normal again!

Broken Glass Carousel Tray
Our microwave is 10 years old. I did not think I would be able to replace the glass tray which had a chip in it, but was able to find you on line. Placed the order for replacement glass tray. It was on my doorstep within 48 hours. Thank you so much.
