the cooking tray went crash!
I ordered on tuesday right before Thanksgiving and was sick my tray plate broke with a house full of company comming for the holiday and no microwave low and behold i ordered on tuesday and it was at my door on wednesday what a shock i will forever be a loyal customer thanks part select!!!

broke the glass cooking tray in my microwave
It was easy. went to GE website and click onto parts replacement. Placed my order and within three business days the new glass tray arrived. How easy was that....

Just open door and install the new cooking tray in the grooves.

Roller came off guide roller assembly
So easy. Lifted off the rotating glass plate, removed the broken guide assembly, put in the new one and used the microwave. Easiest repair I ever made.

Broken plate in microwave
I slipped the new saucer out of the box and placed it in the microwave. I was very disappointed to discover that the new one didn't fly like the old one.
