How to turn off microwave? Microwave keeps running and will not respond to any control buttons.

Hello Claudia, Thank you for the question. This is normally caused by a defective Door Switch. We suggest testing the switches to see if they are reading Normally Open or Normally Closed. There should be markings on the switch to show what it should be reading. We hope this helps!
