The original roller ring in my microwave had 1of 4 rollers that failed and kept slipping off the ring.
There wasn't a real "repair." I purchased a new roller ring, opened the package containing it (it was plastic). and removed the new roller ring. I then removed the glass tray from the microwave, removed the old ring that had been under the tray and put the new roller ring in the space where the old roller ring had been, and replaced the glass tray back in the microwave.
