The device doesn’t turn on. Seems the cartridge fuse should be replaced. Please guide how to disassemble the front panel to get access to the cartridge fuse?

Hello Ali, thank you for your question. The fuse is FIX12071294. To change a microwave fuse, first locate the fuse, usually behind a panel or under a cover. Remove the fuse using a fuse puller or a screwdriver. Insert the new fuse and secure the panel. We hope this helps.

How do you replace the interior light? The owners manual shows the light is behind the top charcoal filter compartment, and that it should lift up. The panel comes out slightly on the left side but the right side appears to be locked behind the control panel on the right side of the face of the microwave. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hello Randy, thank you for the question. The right side of your vent grille isn't locked, it needs to slide sideways rather than pull straight out. The right edge has plastic tabs that slot underneath the control panel housing lip, and pulling straight forward won't release them. Open the door and remove the two Phillips screws along the top edge of the front vent grille. With the screws out, grasp the left side of the grille which is already loose and slide the entire grille assembly to the left to disengage those right-side tabs from behind the control panel. Once the tabs clear the lip, the whole grille pulls forward and out cleanly. Remove the charcoal filter by pushing it slightly inward, tilting, and sliding it out. Behind the filter compartment you'll find a small metal or plastic light bulb cover, lift the front edge or remove its single retaining screw to access the bulb. We hope this is what you were looking for!

Microwave tripped circuit breaker when turned on
Remove vent cover then remove touch screen control panel. When you remove control panel take photo of where everything is plugged in then unplug and remove control panel. 3 door switches located next to door in a plastic chassis. Test each switch with current tester. Remove the bad switch and replace with the new one. You tube DIY helped.

Power would not come on, would trip breaker when connected.
First thing I dir was search YouTube for any related videos and found this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uHj4H9Fdxrc, it was the exact problem my microwave was exhibiting. Once I verified the problem by troubleshooting, I removed the part and verified that the switches were working fine, the door latch assembly showed signs of wear which was the cause of the problem. After receiving the replacement part I installed it, verified that power was restored to the unit and reassembled the microwave, works fine, hope it lasts a long time!

Pressing the start, microwave will start and dies out. Electric is tripping.
The diagnosis is about an hour. Coz, I need to open the control panel, got a tester, and trsted all critical parts inside the panel.
Also, replaced the fuse just to make sure its a new one. Found out it was a switch (bottom part) that control the open/close of the microwave door.

When found out the problem, the rest of t he work is easy.
