Door spring wore at contact point with door spring arm
Removed side access panel and replaced spring. The only complication was the Torx screws that secured the side panel. The screw heads had an integral pin in the center of the head that would not allow the Torx tool to be inserted I used my Dremel tool with a cutoff wheel to make a straight slot in the head of each screw and then used a st raight screwdriver to remove and re-insert the screws.
