Hello Mike, thank you for the great question. You may want to take a look at your door switch. The door switch can be the cause of the unit not turning on or off. The Switch is part FIX12704713. If that is not the issue then you might need to take a look at your Control Board part FIX12731238 for being the issue. We hope this helps.
My washer will no longer fill up with the deeep water wash. Its like its always stuck on sensing (and wint thoroughly clean my clothes) any suggestions?

Hello Lydia, thank you for reaching out. You may need to check your lid lock assembly, part number FIX12704713. A faulty lid lock can cause an interruption in the normal cycle of operation. Check if your water inlet valve, part number FIX11773194, is operating normally and if the hose connected to the inlet valve is not clogged. Check if the water pressure hose, part number FIX11741846, is not clogged as this acts as a level pressure switch that tells your appliance if your tub is at the desired water level. We hope this information is useful!

Hello Allen, Thank you for your inquiry. You can test the lid lock switch with a multimeter to make sure it is working properly. If it it is not rinsing or spinning, you could also have an issue with the shift actuator, the washer drive pulley, the water pump, the drive motor, the capacitor, and the water inlet valve. We hope this helps and if you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!

ordered hub and it shipped quickly. I was able to put the hub in place and screw the screws in. you want to tighten them down slowly and go around to each screw tightening a little at a time so you don't break the hub. as you tighten the screws down the hub slides down flush. its impossible to just push the hub on with your hand. This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.
