how to trouble shoot a electrical issue.works off and on possibly water got into motor.

Thank you for your question. If water has gotten inside your demolition hammer, open it up and let the parts inside completely dry out. If this does not help, the switch, the carbon brushes, the armature, and the field may need to be replaced. We hope this helps!
