CANNOT GET THE MOWER BLADES TO ENGADE AND CUT GRASS

Hi Lucy, thank you for reaching out. Based on our research, the issue could be with the blade engagement lever assembly, part number FIX9479653. It pushes and pulls the clutch cable to engage and disengage the mower blades. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
