How to replace the drive belt ,the one that goes from engine shaft back to drive system
For model number RP2167517BV
Hi Steve, thank you for reaching out. Please follow the given instructions to replace the drive belt:
1) Empty the fuel tank.
2) Remove the drive disc.
3) Tilt mower up on its rear wheels and remove blade and blade hub. Assistance from another person may be necessary to hold the mower in the tilted position.
4) Hold the slotted end of the drive disc bolt with a screwdriver and remove the nut and internal tooth lock washer.
5) Remove the belt cover located under deck
6) Lift the drive disc up and remove the worn belt.
7) Loop one end of the new belt over engine pulley and insert the other end through a slot in the deck.
8) Loop the belt around the pulley on the bottom of the drive disc.
9) Reinstall drive disc and retaining hardware.

Replaced rear wheel
Very easy...socket wrench, hammer and wd-40 to ease the fit.
