Trying to sharpen blade, got nut half off and shaft threads must have been messed up, shaft keeps turning and cannot apply pressure, is there a way to lock the shaft in place to get the nut off?
For model number RY40104

Hello Janice, Thank you for your question. You can try using a wrench, or use a board to hold the blade in place so the shaft will not turn the blade and you can remove the nut with a socket wrench. We hope this helps you.
