Lawn mower starts but then shuts down, what should I do.?

Hi Joe, thanks for asking us. There are a couple of reasons your engine might not stay running. Most likely, it is not getting the fuel, air or spark that it needs to keep the engine cycling on time to stay running, or it is not able to exhaust properly. We recommend inspecting your spark plug, air and fuel filters, carburetor and your muffler assembly to ensure these parts are not worn or dirty. The bag was slightly larger than the original. So the clips along all sides needed to be trimmed slightly to fit the existing frame. 15 minute fix and it works perfect.
