full of gas mower won't start...why?

For model number 12AVB2M5791

Hello William, thank you for your inquiry. First, check to make sure the fuel lines are properly connected. The spark plug could also be loose or have a faulty connection. If the spark plug fails to ignite, the mower will not start. Additionally, the air filter could be clogged or dirty, which can prevent the engine from starting. If none of these issues are present, then the issue is with the control cable. We suggest you replace the control cable, part number FIX9180334. We hope this information helps!
