Why does the engine die when the mower is engaged?
For model number ZTS7500
Hello Fonzy, thank you for your question. The pulleys in your lawn tractor are driven by the drive belt, and turn the spindles. If a pulley doesn't spin freely, it can cause the engine to die when the blades are engaged. To check the pulleys (FIX8894190) for sticking and damage, first remove the drive belt FIX8894557 from the engine pulley and lift the lever to engage the blades. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you.
