How do I release a jammed tailstock? The tailstock quill lock handle is wound out but the tailstock quill handwheel will not turn.

For model number JWL-1642EVS
Hello Roy, thank you for your question. We recommend that the key can be taken out by removing the screw that comes up from under the tail stock nose. Try to pull the screw the key might come out when you jack out the quill with the wheel. We hope this helps.
