My Rowena DW 9280 iron light comes on but it does not work and auto off red light comes on

Hi Zuhair, Thank you for your question. If the iron is plugged in and the soleplate of the iron is cold, the temperature may be set too low. Try raising the the temperature to a higher setting. We hope this helps!
