My driver is acting like it has brushes. It works only intermittently, what could be the issue. I have owned it for over 1 year.

Hi Duane, thank you for contacting us. We would recommend greasing the gearbox and plastic disc connected to the fan assembly. If this does not fix the issue, you may need to check the gearbox assembly, part number FIX12466169, to solve the problem. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
