This is a plastite screw for a variety of power tools. It is almost an inch long with a pan head. A plastite screw is needed when using harder plastics. It is more resistant to stripping and pulling out.

After several years of use this impact wrench doesn't have enough torque to take off lug nuts on most passenger wheels. I opened it up. The brushes looked good. I cleaned them up and reassembled it. Seems to help a bit but still not the power that it had new. ????
