My humidifier has a new filter, and it's blowing air, and the water goes down, but it doesn't seem to be putting humidity in the air like before we changed the filter. The filter is completely damp. Do you know why this is happening?

Hi Marlene, thank you for getting in touch. We would recommend checking that the filter is installed properly. You may need to check the humidifier for clogging. It may become clogged due to hard water buildup, which can cause mineral deposits. Using distilled water or mineral water can prevent this issue from resurfacing. Cleaning the humidifier regularly and switching to distilled water can resolve the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
