Works only with cover open
For model number MH75TKFA
Hi John, thank you for the question. Based on our understanding, the issue is possibly with the filter kit, part number FIX10469007. The filter is responsible for preventing dust and debris from entering and damaging the motor assembly. We would recommend checking the filter to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
