New Propane tank shuts off after the fire is on. what should i do to keep the propane working?
For model number 6511001
Hi Diana, thank you for reaching out. The problem lies with the bypass valve inside the regulator assembly, part number FIX12099266. If there is excess pressure, the valve will get fully or partially stuck to stop gas from exiting the tank. Luckily, all you need to do is reset the bypass valve. We hope this helps!
